Serbian Шта радиш? - This is correct, but in informal way. If you are talking to an authoritative subject, or somenone older, or just want to pay respect, you use plural form, so it would be Шта радите? or il latin Šta radite?
Plural is always used when trying to pay respect to the person you are talking to :)))
